• Wrist wraps (pair): a more stable wrist in the front rack and on presses.
• Lifting straps (pair): grip that lasts on heavy pulls. Not for lifts where you may need to drop the bar quickly.
• 10mm leather lever belt: firm to brace against; steel lever buckle, on and off in one motion. Supports good bracing technique; doesn't replace it.

Size

One kit size (S–XL) sets the sleeves and belt. Size chart coming soon. Measure the knee at mid-knee, leg straight; the waist where you wear the belt (usually at or just above the navel), not your jeans size.

Care: hand wash sleeves, wraps and straps cold, air dry flat. Wipe the belt with a damp cloth; don't soak. No machine drying or direct heat. Check stitching and buckle before each use.
