Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC.

How long it takes

Ships in 7–14 days, tracked. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays start processing the next business day.

Shipping cost

• Standard: $8, or free on orders of $70 or more.

You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link when your order ships.

Packaging

Each kit ships in plain, unbranded packaging, as one parcel where possible.

Delays

Carrier delays can happen. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days, email support@equilibriumsupply.com with your order number.
