Refund policy

We want your Equilibrium gear to work for you. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Eligibility

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your order.
  • Gear is best returned unused and unworn, in its original packaging, with all parts included.
  • Items that have been used for workouts, show signs of wear, or are missing parts may not qualify for a standard return. Contact us and we'll still review defective or damaged orders.

Condition

  • Preferred: unused, unworn, complete item or kit in original packaging.
  • Acceptable for review: defective, damaged in transit, or wrong item received.
  • Every return request must include at least one photo or video of the item (and packaging, if you can). We can't review a request without it.

Who pays return shipping

  • Unused / change-of-mind returns: you pay return shipping unless we made an error.
  • Defective, damaged in transit or wrong item: we cover return shipping (or send a prepaid label).

Refund vs exchange

  • Refund: once we receive and inspect the return, refunds go back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (often 5–10 business days after we confirm receipt).
  • Exchange: if you'd rather swap for another Equilibrium item or size (when available), reply to your return confirmation and we'll arrange it. Availability depends on stock.

Defective or DOA

  1. Email returns@equilibriumsupply.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short description (a photo or video is required).
  2. We'll confirm next steps, usually a prepaid return label or a replacement once we've verified the issue.
  3. Don't throw the item away until we've given you instructions.
